Cherrytrees has worked closely with the Village Hall Committee to ensure that the premises complies with all Covid-19 regulations, guidelines and precautions to minimise the spread of coronavirus and to keep users safe.
Cherrytrees will re-open in September with all these restrictions in place.
PLEASE DO NOT COME TO CHERRYTREES IF YOU OR YOUR CHILD IS ILL. There must be at least 48 hours clear from any signs or symptoms from raised temperature, vomiting or diarrhoea. If you or anyone in the family has coronavirus symptoms, has tested positive for Covid 19 or is waiting for a test result, please do not some to Cherrytrees until the test result is confirmed negative by a PCR or any isolation period has ended.
There is a large car park with no restrictions as to where you park.
On the wall to the right of the entrance doors, there is a hand sanitising station which you are welcome to use . There is also hand sanitiser on the table in the vestibule. If you prefer to wash your hands please do this in the disabled facility which is down the corridor on the right. Please then wait outside the main hall door for a member of staff to let you in.
YOU NO LONGER HAVE TO WEAR A FACE COVERING BUT PLEASE RESPECT OTHER PEOPLE BY KEEPING A DISTANCE FROM THEM.
INSIDE THE HALL
Pleae only come in if you need to in order to settle your child and then leave as soon as you can.
Please sign in when you arrive. If you don't come into the hall, we will sign you in.
LEAVING THE HALL
Please wait for a member of staff to let you out. This is so the door can be secured afterwards. Leave the premises via the steps.
Please be assured that there are rigorous infection control systems in place however it will be the responsibility of all families not to bring children into the hall if they, or other members of their household or close contacts, are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or know that they have been in contact with it, are waiting for a test or are self isolating.
All staff are double vaccinated and are self testing twice a week.
